-Find out who will be your main contact for the project. Is it the salesman, concept designer, construction  superintendant,  office manager, President, owner????????????

-Ask how accessible this person will be, and if they can be reached at ALL times during construction

-Ask if your contact will also be hands-on at the job site to insure that all work is performed according to specs
